Being rider owned, we at Nightrider BMX Shop want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Still, we understand that sometimes some people may not be happy with the products they buy. If you decide that you rather not use the product you purchased or is no longer required by the time you receive it, or you simply wish to return it from any other reason you can do so. We accept returns for exchange or a refund within 30 days since the day you receive the product. Providing the product is unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt. This excludes free gift items.

To return an unwanted item

When returning an item please request a proof of postage from your courier. We regret that we cannot cover the cost of postage back to ourselves. However postage back for exchanged items will be covered by Nightrider BMX Shop. Once returned we will credit your payment method used to make the purchase (Please note that credit and debit cards can take extra time to appear in your account – this depends on your banks policy and is out of our control.) For exchanged items we will endeavor to ship your new product to you shortly after receiving your item back.

Faulty Items
If you believe your item to be faulty or it has been damaged in transit please contact prior to returning your item within 30 days since the day you receive the product. If your product is faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us (up to a maximum of $15) or find another solution.

All items sold by Nightrider BMX Shop are covered by the relevant manufacturer’s warranties. These vary from brand to brand and product to product and are dealt with on a case by case basis.
